Illusion Cat Eye FX Gel Polish:

A pearlescent white shimmer, delicate and bright—like the first breath of cold against a golden leaf. Soft and refined, this shade glows with ethereal light.

Apply 2 thin coats with a cure time of 60s UV/LED between coats. Use a magnet for the cat eye effect before curing.
