This is a new old stock clutch pedal clevis pin.  It has a little surface rust on it from sitting on the shelf for many years, but it is a new part.  This attaches to the clutch pedal at the bottom, and pushes against the clutch master cylinder.  It has a nut on it and a threaded piece for some minor adjustment.

Also this part was used on 68-79 VW Bus in the brake system linkage.
