Anthisan Cream For Insect Bites and Stings is a cream that is designed to reduce pain, itching, and inflammation as a result of an insect bite or sting, as well as nettle rash. The active ingredient in the cream is mepyramine maleate, which is an antihistamine. Antihistamines work by blocking the chemical histamine that is produced during an allergic reaction.

Anthisan Cream Mepyramine Maleate 2% w/w 25g is a soothing bite & sting cream that can be applied directly to an insect bite,sting or stinging nettle rash to relieve itching and irritation.
The Anthisan formulation is specifically composed to prevent histamine from acting on the tissues and causing uncomfortable symptoms providing the benefits of Antihistamines.

Reduces the reaction to:

• Painful nerve endings.
• Effects of toxins.
• Swelling and irritation.
• Hypersensitivity
• Severe symptoms.

Directions for Use:
Anthisan cream should be applied directly to the site on the insect bite or stinging nettle rash.
For best results use as soon as possible after the bite or sting.
In adults and children of 2 years and above supply two or three times a day up to three days.

Cautions and Warnings:
Do not use on large areas of skin.
If the skin is cut or grazed.
On eczema or extensively broken or compromised skin.
On areas of sunburnt skin.

STOP using if you notice signs of skin sensitivity. These include skin redness, swelling and itching, pain or burning sensation.
If the symptoms worsen or do not improve after 3 days talk to your Doctor or Pharmacist.
Do not store above 30°C.
